Dear Santa,
Thank you for giving me such a wonderful Christmas weekend with my family. I really understood the spirit of Christmas and realized a lot of things. Instead of wishing for something materialistic this year, you gave me hope. So therefore, I thank you for it.  P.S. If it’s not too much to ask, can you give me the will power to last through the break. haha Sincerely, Carldee

Doing the right thing.
Doesn’t mean you have to be happy doing it.

At home.
I’ve never felt so at peace, feeling rejuvenated and wanting to get a better future. I’ve lost track. However, all you need sometimes is a wake up call from your parents. They say the realest things. I feel confident this time.

Consistency.
Finding a consistency in your everyday life is identified as your habits. However, your habits might not correlate with your dreams and goals. The difficulty comes with changing these habits and mentality to fit the person that you want to be. Creating an established system that balances life is extremely difficult. Not everyone realizes their main priorities for their future, as a result they...

Patience is a virtue.
According to Aristotle, good character is formed through constant practice. A moral virtue is a morally good habit which a virtuous person does naturally and spontaneously without much struggle. A good person does not wrestle with their conscience, but does the right thing without much though or effort, no wrestling with temptation.  I constantly wrestle with my conscience, so I definitely need...

People.
I am proud to say that I’ve met a lot of people in my life, whether I’ve had an impact on them or vice versa. People can come in and out of your life, however it is up to you to choose who you want in it. So choose wisely cause sometimes people may never come back into your life.

Flashbacks.
It would be nice if there was a device that could replay certain situations in your life and play them back again. You would be there mentally just observing your actions in a different perspective. Instead this time you are aware of the events that will unfold, with no surprise.  That shit cray.

Fate.
Let fate decide what the future holds. The use of force endangers the opportunity of luck. I hope I get lucky soon =]

Habits.
It’s hard to break old habits. I still get the urge to text you.

What is your dream?
Pursuing things in the right state of mind allows you to establish your foundation to your dreams. The higher you go up, the more difficult each step will be. Doubts and insecurities become more common because you slowly realize you’re only a few steps away.  In my case, I still have a long way to go. haha

Truth.
Actions speak louder than words. When someone tells you they care, let them show you. Let them appreciate you for who you are. Don’t let bull shit and lies get in the way. Never let yourself believe the illusion that people would create in order for them to keep you a part of their daily routine. In the end of the day, the people who show they care are the only ones that matter.

Happiness.
According to St. Augustine, To be happy you must have what you desire and desire the right things. We must desire a good which lasts and cannot be taken away.  If only people can not be taken away.

Fishes, there's a lot of them.
I want to go fishing, but I always end up putting it aside. It sucks when you’re fishing too cause you got to be patient, sometimes you get a catch and sometimes you don’t. It would be nice to catch one, I hate lucky people who get a catch the first try but hey it is what it is.

Dying young.
Is it easier to die young and be remembered for who you could’ve been? Or die old and remembered for what you have or haven’t done?
